Responsibility
- Conduct in-store product promotions and demonstrations to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Engage with customers to explain product features, benefits, and promotions, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective promotional strategies and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with store staff and management to optimize product placement and visibility.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while representing Asaba Group's brand values.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and promotional activities.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable engaging with diverse customer groups.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on promotional schedules.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for promotional events and activities.
