Responsibility

- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily sales reports with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and customer service goals.
- Uphold company standards for security, loss prevention, and compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
