Responsibility
- Engage with customers to provide detailed product information and promote sales.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales reports to track performance and inventory.
- Assist in in-store promotions, demonstrations, and sampling activities.
- Build strong relationships with store staff and management to enhance product placement.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the marketing team.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident in approaching customers.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills to drive sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
