Responsibility
- Represent assigned brands professionally in retail outlets, malls, or promotional events.
- Engage with customers to demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage, driving interest and sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective promotional strategies.
- Maintain a neat, presentable appearance and adhere to brand-specific dress codes and grooming standards.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing/sales team for continuous improvement.
- Set up and manage promotional booths, displays, and sampling stations as required.
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and promotional techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience as an SPG/SPB, brand ambassador, or in customer-facing retail roles (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and approachable personality with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and able to maintain a professional image at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per promotional schedules.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques, product demonstration, and customer service best practices.
- Willingness to travel or relocate within Bali’s target locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
