Responsibility
- Conduct daily sales visits to assigned retail outlets to promote and sell products.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products using a motorized vehicle.
- Monitor inventory levels at retail locations and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
- Collect payments and manage sales records accurately.
- Provide product knowledge and training to retail staff.
- Report market feedback and competitor activities to the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; sales or retail experience is a plus.
- Valid motorized vehicle license (SIM C) and familiarity with Bali’s roads.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic numerical skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Physical fitness to handle product deliveries and long working hours.
