Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/Sederajat) or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or consumer products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed to meet clients and attend events.
