Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key clients to drive product adoption.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in Bali’s retail sector.
- Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
