Responsibility
- Drive sales of home appliances and electronics to retail customers and businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on features, benefits, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer data.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and in-store events to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in home appliances or electronics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of retail sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
