Responsibility
- Engage with customers to provide detailed information about Pennyuâs products, highlighting features, benefits, and promotions.
- Maintain an attractive and organized product display in-store to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales reports, tracking performance metrics and customer feedback.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by actively promoting products and encouraging customer purchases.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure seamless operations and a positive shopping experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Represent the Pennyu brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles (preferably in retail).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong presentation skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry.
