Responsibility
- Promote and sell a wide range of electronic products to customers, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable electronic solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels using company systems.
- Collaborate with the retail team to create an inviting in-store experience, including product displays and promotional setups.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and pricing in the electronics market to provide informed advice.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure complete satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic technical knowledge of electronic products (e.g., smartphones, laptops, home appliances) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
