Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular staff training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in a luxury or department store setting.
- Proven track record of driving sales and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control and POS systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
