Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve growth targets in Kalimantan Selatan & Tengah.
- Lead and mentor a team of field officers, ensuring high performance and adherence to company values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local government agencies, community leaders, and partners.
- Monitor regional performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all regional operations.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative outreach programs.
- Collaborate with HQ teams to align regional initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Travel frequently to Kalimantan to oversee field operations and resolve challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional management, preferably in fintech, microfinance, or retail.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing remote or field-based teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of local dialects is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kalimantan and relocate to Bali if necessary.
