Responsibility
- Lead and manage the outlet team, ensuring high levels of productivity, motivation, and customer service.
- Oversee daily retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales, operational, and performance reports to management.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and promotional strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the outlet is well-stocked with products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, POS systems) and report preparation.
- Passion for music, performing arts, or retail industries is highly desirable.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, management, or a related field is a plus.
