Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the Sundry & Toiletries departments, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal product availability.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, creating an appealing and organized shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized retail environment in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role, preferably in consumer goods or toiletries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team and engage with customers.
- Proven ability to drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle day-to-day retail challenges.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management, sales reporting, and communication.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
