Responsibility
- Conduct regular cycle counts and surprise audits to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Verify and reconcile inventory records against physical stock to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement and monitor asset protection policies and procedures to minimize losses and prevent theft.
- Collaborate with warehouse and retail teams to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce shrinkage.
- Generate detailed reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and audit findings for management review.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Train and supervise staff on best practices for inventory management and asset protection.
- Utilize inventory management software and tools to track, analyze, and improve inventory processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, asset protection, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention techniques is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
