Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain team, and ensure product availability meets demand.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs for staff development.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, retail standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, resolving complaints and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, discounts, and in-store events effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons.
- Familiarity with inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention strategies.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
