Responsibility
- Conduct on-site product promotions in assigned retail locations, events, or high-traffic areas across Bali.
- Engage with customers to demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage, ensuring a clear and compelling presentation.
- Provide accurate and persuasive product information to address customer inquiries and overcome objections.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and track performance metrics.
- Distribute marketing materials (e.g., brochures, samples, or digital content) to enhance brand visibility.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to report back to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, aligning with the company’s brand image.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (retail or FMCG industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and approachable personality with a passion for engaging with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by promotional schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with mobile sales techniques and digital tools (e.g., tablets for presentations) is advantageous.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (preference for candidates in target areas).
