Responsibility

  • Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers, credit card terminals, and digital payment systems.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Assist in restocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, and preparing displays to attract customers.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including opening/closing procedures and inventory checks.
  • Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to customers to drive additional revenue.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including cash handling procedures, security protocols, and health/safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills with the ability to process transactions quickly and accurately.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and digital payment methods (training provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a bonus).
