Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain team, and manage stock replenishment.
- Implement promotional campaigns and visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appeal.
- Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Oversee store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily financial reporting.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements to store performance.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with Yamaha products or motorcycles is a plus.
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, Excel, email).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
