Responsibility
- Provide expert product consultations on Apple devices, accessories, and services
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards and product displays
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles
