Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to ensure an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand initiatives to effectively engage with customers.
- Uphold the brand’s reputation by adhering to company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and luxury retail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a part-time capacity.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
