Responsibility
- Engage with booth visitors to explain product features, benefits, and unique selling points clearly and persuasively.
- Conduct live demonstrations and distribute samples to potential customers to drive interest and conversions.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and promotional KPIs as set by the management team.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to share with the marketing and product development teams.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, ensuring a positive brand image at all times.
- Set up and dismantle booth displays, ensuring all materials are organized, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate promotional activities and share best practices.
- Track and report sales performance, customer interactions, and inventory levels accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (retail or FMCG industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to initiate conversations with strangers in a professional manner.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by event schedules.
- Well-groomed, energetic, and able to stand for extended periods during promotions.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and familiarity with consumer products is advantageous.
