Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote seed products.
- Expand and manage a network of distributors, retailers, and agricultural partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including farmers and agricultural cooperatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Create and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and improve product offerings.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and agricultural exhibitions to promote the company’s products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the agricultural or seed industry.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural market and seed products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
