Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the visual merchandising of snack products across assigned retail outlets in Bali, ensuring displays are eye-catching, well-organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store staff to ensure products are consistently available and replenished.
- Implement promotional strategies, including in-store activations, sampling, and point-of-sale materials to boost sales and brand awareness.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, cleanliness, and compliance with merchandising guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, addressing any concerns and providing solutions to enhance product performance.
- Collect and report market insights, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and sales trends to the sales team.
- Assist in the execution of new product launches and seasonal campaigns to drive incremental sales.
- Ensure all merchandising materials (e.g., shelves, signage, banners) are in excellent condition and replaced as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, sales, or a related field, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and in-store marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with store managers, staff, and customers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) for reporting and data tracking.
- Own transportation (motorcycle/car) and a valid driver’s license to travel between assigned locations in Bali.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays as required by retail schedules.
- Passion for the retail industry and a keen eye for detail to ensure brand consistency.
