Responsibility
- Conduct in-store product sampling and demonstrations to attract and engage customers.
- Drive sales by promoting products effectively and meeting daily/weekly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlet managers and staff.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Collect and report customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and in-store activations as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or retail environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and consumer trends is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for reporting and data entry.
