Responsibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotions at assigned retail locations, events, or pop-up activations.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
- Provide product training and support to retail staff to enhance their sales techniques.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles, preferably in retail or hospitality.
