Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth in Bali’s competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure long-term business success.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, pitches, and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure efficient collections and cash flow management by overseeing credit control and payment processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or distribution industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other local languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
