Responsibility
- Develop and implement commercial excellence strategies tailored to APAC markets, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Conduct market capability assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in sales, pricing, and customer engagement.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance commercial processes, tools, and methodologies across the region.
- Provide thought leadership on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in commercial excellence.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill teams on commercial excellence frameworks and tools.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to measure the impact of commercial initiatives.
- Drive digital transformation in commercial operations by leveraging data analytics and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales strategy, or business development, preferably in APAC markets.
- Proven track record in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), pricing tools, and commercial analytics platforms.
- Fluency in English; additional APAC languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
