Responsibility
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Support recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media and content creation.
- Manage and update CRM databases to track leads, partnerships, and client interactions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute outreach strategies.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating business development events and meetings.
- Monitor industry trends and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Marketing, Sales, or related degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic data tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team or independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Passion for business growth, sales, or recruitment with a willingness to learn.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
