Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s IT and business sectors to promote Central Calibration System’s ISO consulting and IT solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize ISO certification and IT system proposals tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to key decision-makers.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry standards, ISO regulations, and IT best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B sales, business development, or consulting, preferably in IT or ISO certification services.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 27001) and corporate management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings and networking events.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
