Responsibility
- Act as the primary brand representative, embodying the company’s values and luxury standards in all client interactions.
- Conduct personalized, high-impact presentations to prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits of our membership packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and industry influencers to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic outreach, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales strategies and optimize conversion rates.
- Attend exclusive events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the client base.
- Provide exceptional post-sale service to ensure member satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to position our brand as the premier choice.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in luxury goods, hospitality, or membership-based services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a competitive sales environment.
- Impeccable presentation and grooming standards, aligning with our brand’s premium image.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client availability.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in Bali’s luxury market or tourism sector is highly advantageous.
