Responsibility
- Promote Indodana’s Buy Now, Pay Later products to customers in retail stores, malls, and other high-traffic locations.
- Engage with potential customers, explain product features, and address inquiries to drive conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure smooth product demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales team for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to brand guidelines at all times.
- Track and document sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU/SMA) or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (retail, FMCG, or fintech preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is an advantage.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with digital payments or fintech products is a strong plus.
- Residents of Bali or willing to relocate (preferred).
