Now expanding our retail presence in Bali, Indonesia, weâre seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to represent our brand with excellence in vibrant locations like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or Jimbaran.

Responsibility
- Customer Engagement: Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers, answering inquiries about GAMA Foodsâ poultry products and promotions.
- Sales Execution: Achieve daily/weekly sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and processing transactions efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth understanding of GAMA Foodsâ product range, including features, benefits, and storage guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and report low inventory to ensure product availability.
- Visual Merchandising: Arrange displays attractively to highlight promotions and new arrivals, adhering to brand standards.
- Cash Handling: Operate POS systems, handle cash/credit transactions accurately, and balance the register at shift end.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management to improve product offerings and service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with store managers and colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (poultry/food industry is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous); excellent verbal and written communication.
- Sales-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail setting.
- Product Passion: Interest in food products, particularly poultry, and ability to convey enthusiasm to customers.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using POS systems, inventory software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Baliâs retail market (e.g., Canggu, Ubud) is a strong advantage.
