Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Balance cash drawers at the start and end of shifts, ensuring all transactions are accounted for.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Promote loyalty programs and special offers to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient retail operation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier or retail experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
