Responsibility
- Conduct in-store promotions and product demonstrations to attract and engage customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer interactions.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor to represent the brand positively.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure product displays are visually appealing and stocked.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in marketing or business is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (retail experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to engage with diverse customer demographics.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills to influence purchasing decisions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail schedules.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and adherence to brand standards.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems or willingness to learn retail software tools.
