Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and boost revenue.
- Maintain impeccable store standards, including visual merchandising, product presentation, and cleanliness.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average transaction value) and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and coaching to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the regional team to execute brand campaigns, promotions, and seasonal collections.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end boutiques.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store profitability.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Deep understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, POS systems, and loss prevention.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for visual merchandising and trend analysis.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
