Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Oversee store opening/closing procedures and cash handling operations
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism
- Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor store performance metrics and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation according to brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience in fashion or luxury goods
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Proven ability to lead and develop retail teams
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems
- Fashion-forward with a keen eye for visual merchandising
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
