Responsibility

  • Promote and demonstrate company products to customers in retail stores, ensuring high visibility and engagement.
  • Execute in-store promotional activities, including product sampling, demonstrations, and sales drives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with retail partners to optimize product placement, displays, and stock levels to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving concerns professionally.
  • Support sales events, trade shows, and roadshows by setting up booths, engaging attendees, and generating leads.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Assist in daily operations, including inventory checks, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized promotional area.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align promotional efforts with brand objectives and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
