Responsibility
- Engage with customers in high-traffic areas (malls, markets, events) to promote solar-powered appliances.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and energy-saving advantages to potential buyers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer outreach and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support, including product education and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and renewable energy innovations.
- Represent the brand professionally at trade shows, community events, and partner locations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (preferably in retail or renewable energy).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Passion for sustainability and knowledge of solar energy benefits is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in outdoor or indoor settings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (work permit assistance may be provided for qualified candidates).
