Responsibility
- Proactively approach customers to introduce and promote our pastry products.
- Provide product demonstrations and offer samples to potential customers.
- Maintain an inviting and organized display area to attract foot traffic.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash/digital payments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the sales booth.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team for replenishment.
- Complete daily sales reports as required by the management.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay, English, or Mandarin (preferred).
- Outgoing personality with a strong passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to stand for long durations and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in retail or food & beverage service is an added advantage.
- Must possess a valid typhoid vaccination card or be willing to undergo one.
