Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive OPPO product sales in high-traffic retail stores.
- Demonstrate OPPO smartphones, accessories, and promotions to diverse customer segments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and after-sales services.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute marketing campaigns and in-store events.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Stay updated on OPPO’s latest product launches and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or telecommunications.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for smartphones and gadgets.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales or promotions.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and able to represent the OPPO brand professionally.
- Willingness to work in assigned locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
