Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including stocking shelves, pricing items, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Support the sales team by providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries.
- Help manage inventory by conducting regular stock checks and assisting with restocking.
- Participate in promotional activities and sales events to drive customer engagement.
- Assist in processing transactions and handling cash registers under supervision.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on store operations and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Retail Management, Marketing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
