Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily operations across fresh departments (produce, meat, seafood, bakery).
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory, reduce waste, and improve profitability.
- Train, mentor, and supervise department staff to maintain high performance.
- Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure high-quality fresh products at competitive prices.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and departmental performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in fresh food retail management (3+ years preferred).
