Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, card payments, and receipt issuance.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, sales strategies, and customer insights.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets under pressure.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or business are advantageous.
