Responsibility
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for every visitor.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, visual displays, and inventory organization.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, handle cash, and manage customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate with customers.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture by supporting colleagues and participating in team activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with a passion for fashion are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and customer experience, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the storeâs operating hours.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a team-player mindset.
