Responsibility
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling and POS systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and assisting with store displays.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the retail schedule.
- Prior experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
