Responsibility
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Provide friendly, personalized assistance to customers, helping them find products and answering inquiries.
- Proactively engage with customers via WhatsApp and other digital channels to promote products and close sales.
- Assist with cashier operations, including processing transactions, handling payments, and balancing the register.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and report low stock to the management team.
- Upsell and cross-sell products by understanding customer needs and recommending complementary items.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory checks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp) for customer engagement.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
