Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing expert advice on Apple products, accessories, and services to meet individual needs.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems, ensuring a seamless checkout experience for customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement, product demonstrations, and upselling strategies.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Apple’s product lineup, promotions, and warranty policies to address customer inquiries confidently.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, product displays, and visual merchandising to enhance store appeal.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive store environment, contributing to team goals and store success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (experience with Apple products is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian) is advantageous.
- Passion for technology, particularly Apple products, with the ability to explain features and benefits clearly.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling procedures.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support store operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a bonus.
