Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations across multiple premium locations in Bali, ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.
- Collaborate with store managers to optimize staffing, inventory, and customer service strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and execute training programs for retail staff to ensure consistent brand representation, product knowledge, and exceptional customer interactions.
- Analyze retail metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business growth and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with corporate teams to streamline supply chain, logistics, and inventory management processes.
- Act as a liaison between retail teams and senior management, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the luxury skincare, beauty, or fashion industry.
- Proven track record in managing multi-store operations, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software (e.g., POS systems, inventory tools).
- Ability to travel frequently between store locations in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
