Responsibility
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for Dreame products in assigned retail locations across Bali.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including product demonstrations, inquiries, and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns to boost product visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain team, and ensure product availability to meet demand.
- Stay updated on Dreame’s product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to share with the management team for continuous improvement.
- Uphold store presentation standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, and brand compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with smart home products or technology is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, with a valid work permit (for non-Indonesian candidates).
